You see I understand where you are because I was there, dieting year after year not understanding why I couldn't keep off the weight or why I couldn't lose weight anymore. And on top of that haveing kids that are super busy managing taking care of me + taking care of them! Until I really figured out how to prime my metabolism and about metabolic adaptation I finally figured out how to manage my own nutrition and really change my body, mindset, and life forever!
